A) Application should be filled up and a print out be taken by the applicant between 01.11.2026 and 15.11.2026 (7– 8.30 p.m.) together with a refundable amount of Rs.500/- (Rs. 400/- as deposit and Rs.50/- for Saraswati Puja and Rs.50/- for Durwan).
B) Submission of application form does not reserve the right of admission. A selection test / interview will be held on 29.11.2026. The amount of Rs.500/- would be refunded to the non-admitted candidates after 31.1.2027 on production of the receipt and this counter part on any Sunday between 8.00 - 9.00 p.m. before 31.3.2027. The deposit amount of Rs.500/- would not be refunded to the admitted candidates unless he or she satisfies para (C).
C) The deposit of Rs.400/- would be returned to the student after completion of the course provided his / her attendance would be 60% or more.
D) Expenditure to be incurred for the purchase of films, railway tickets etc. in relation to excursions and / or practical lessons will be borne by the student.
E) At present the duration of the course will be about one year. The time and place of lecture, demonstrations, examinations etc. will be notified to students in due course.
F) At the end of the course a certificate would be given to the students on the basis of their proficiency shown at the examination held from time to time.
G) Those whose attendance will be below 60% will not be allowed to appear in the Final Examination.
H) No consideration will be made to those who will fail to appear in the interview / selection test on whatever grounds it may be

The copy of the Payment proof ( with UTR Number) be sent by mail to biswatoshs@gmail.com and mbtcnet@gmail.com. Without Proper Payment receipt and printed copy of form you may not be allowed for selection interview/Test.
